Santa is waiting!  We can’t wait to help you set up your time to video call with Santa.  A few things to keep in mind before your call:

• When booking your time please ensure you pick a time that you will be home with access to strong internet connection.
• The time is limited to 5 minutes per family.  Please be respectful of the time limit so Santa can get to everyone.
• When booking your time slot, we ask for some information about your family, this is to make sure Santa has loads to talk about.  Be sure to fill out all the fields with as much information as possible.
• If you are unable to make your time for any reason we cannot guarantee a make up slot.
• The link sent to you for your call is unique to you, please do not share it as we cannot guarantee it will work with more than one user.
• Feel free to take photos or videos while the call is happening.  Calls may be recorded and stored for up to 1 year for security purposes.  These will not be shared or transmitted in any fashion.
• An adult must be present during all calls with Santa.
• If you cannot make your appointment we would appreciate if you could email us know so we can give the time slot to another family. Please email info@santavisitsmississauga.com.
• More times will be released as needed if possible.
• While Santa will make every effort to join each and every call there might be a time where he is unable to join due to a scheduling conflict with the North Pole.  We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if need be. Thank you!
